  1. Take 1 cup Boiled Moong Dal
  2. Prepare 1 cup Ghee
  3. Make ready 1 cup Jaggery Powder
  4. Make ready 1 cup Wheat Flour
  5. Prepare 3 tbsp water
  6. Make ready 1 cup Milk
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Cashews
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Baking Soda
  10. Get Maple / Chocolate syrup or sauce
Steps to make Moongdal Malpua:
  1. Grind together leftover boiled moong dal, wheat flour and milk and make a smooth paste..
    1. In a bowl add jaggery and water. stir well till jaggery totally disolves in water.
    1. Pour moong dal paste to jaggery water.
    1. Mix well and make lumps free batter.
  2. Add baking soda and mix well.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan and shallow fry all the Malpuas till golden brwon from both the sides.
  4. Keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes to cool.
  5. Drizzle with Maple/chocolate syrup and serve
