  8. Note:- if your plum is sour then caramalised in sugar then place it in tin.

Cook over high heat, washing down the side of the saucepan with a wet pastry brush, until. Arrange the plums in the cake pan in slightly overlapping concentric circles, starting from the outside. Spoon any pan juices over the top. Divide the batter among the ramekins. Rinse, core and halve the plums.
