- LIQUID: then add the Tamarind Juice, Fish Sauce, Honey, Palm Sugar, Chilli Flakes and mix well. Cook for a minute.
- THICKENER: after a minute add the Cornflour Solution and stir. Cook until sauce thickens. Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves.
