  4. Whip the double cream with the sugar and refrigerate for 30 mins or more.
  5. Once pastries have risen and turned slightly golden brown, leave to cool (DON'T PUT CREAM ON HOT PASTRIES AS THE CREAM WILL MELT)
  6. Pipe or spoon the whipped cream on to the cooled pastries and pop a strawberry on top… TA DAAAA!!!
