  1. Get 500 grams cottage cheese
  2. Take 2 onions
  3. Take 1 capsicum
  4. Prepare 1 tomatoe
  5. Take 1 tbsp ghee
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
  7. Get 1 raw green chillies (optional)
  8. Prepare 1 salt
  9. Get 3 tbsp white vinegar
Instructions to make Easy Paneer:
  1. Cut vegetables and the cottage cheese block lengthwise and middle sized. Keep aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a frying pan or pot. Add jeera and wait for it to sputter.
  3. Saute onions, green chilies, capsicum, cottage cheese, tomatoes, one by one until soft.
  4. Add salt to taste and gently mix the white vinegar into it.
