  9. Add whipped cream into the puree. Cool the bottom of the bowl in cold water and stir until the mixture has thickened.

  11. Pour the mixture evenly with a spoon into ramekins. Smooth out the surface and refrigerate.
  12. Put whipped cream and extra apple on top if you like.
