  3. Now take 2 tbsp ghee in Pan add zeera add ginger,garlic, chillies and onion cook on low flame for about 4 to 5 mins
  4. Now add tomato puree and let it cook on low flame again for 5 to 8 minutes then add all dry masalas and add 1 tsp of butter to the cooked gravy.
  5. Lastly add dal and stir continously otherwise will stick to the pan cook for about 5 mins till everything gets mixed properly lastly add cream (as per your taste) to dal and mix properly. Dal is ready to serve.
