  2. Heat a saucepan & add butter
  3. Add water & bring to boil
  4. Switch off the flame & slowly add couscous with salt
  5. Keep stirring till the water is absorbed.

  8. Heat oil in a flat pan on high
  9. Add garlic & stir for a minute
  10. Add onions, stir till they become transculent
  11. Add the mushroom, keep stirring till they are done in a minute or two keeping the flame high
  12. Add red & green chilli sauces, salt
  13. Add the spinach, stir well & switch off the flame
  14. Add soya sauce & vinegar as a final touch to the flavours
  15. Plating
