  13. Add maggi cubes
  14. Add curry
  15. Little by little add d steamed couscous n stir thoroughly to incorporate
  16. Lastly add carrots
  17. Add your stirfry couscous is ready

When the time is up; lift off the lid, fluff with a fork or spatula and break. Couscous is a quick alternative to rice, and this recipe couldn't be easier. Stir in the pistachios, olives, and mint. Taste and season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a Herb and Pistachio Couscous. Making upma with couscous is really quick and a healthy substitute to the regular rava.
