- First apology to not mention time before this.now first mix curd and gramflour properly and add=salt+turmeric+red chilli powder+black pepper powder+garam masala+kitchen king+coriander powder+cumin powder+hing+kasoori methi.mix well.do not leave lumps.add some water too

- When it start changing colors just add chopped onion and ginger and garlic and green chilli
