- Place them in sterilized jars, boil the syrup a little longer, take off heat and if you like, add the liqueur.
- Douse the apricots with the syrup and store the compote for as long as you like.
Set the water with Sugar to boil. Peel the apricots and let sit in cold water. When the Sugar has dissolved, add the apricots and lemon juice. Let simmer for a while, removing the foam as it forms.
