  3. In small bowl, beat egg, brown sugar, melted butter, orange peel. Spoon 1&1/2 tsp.filling each cup Top with cranberries.( I put 1&half in mine. I cut them in half).
  4. Bake 20-25 min or until golden brown. Cool in pans. Remove to cool. ( Freeze cookies layered between wax papers .)
