- Get 1 tsp pepper pwd,1 tsp sugar
- Prepare 3 eggs omelette…cut into stripes
- Get Green chutney:grind 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 6 green chillies,
- Take 1 small onion,3 pod garlic, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 lemon juice
- Take And 1 tsp salt)

- Marinate the chicken as above.now heat oil in a pan add the cumin,green chilli n onion n saute..now add the tomatoes n dry masala…red chilli pwd, turmeric pwd, coriander pwd n meat masala n saute
- Now add the marinade chicken n cook on high flame till all are combined n dried…add few coriander leaves mix remove from pan n cool.now same pan toss up the mixed vegetables
- Now add in mayonnaise, pepper pad and sugar n mix n cool.prepare the omelette.
- Cut it into strips, prepared the green chutney as above ingredients, knead the dough as above n rest it for few minutes…n prepare equal size dough balls
- Now roll up each dough into flat bread/chapati..add 1 slice of cheese, 1 strip of egg,chicken filling, vegetable filling then green chutney…cover the sides n roll up…cut it lengthwise
- Rolls are ready….deep fry them….when u cut it….u will see ur hard work is paid off🤩 it's so yummy n delicious 😍
