Instructions to make Coconut ladoo:
  1. Take a bowl, add desiccated coconut powder, milk and sugar.
  2. Mix it properly and let it be for 5 to7 minutes
  3. Now heat the karahi on medium flame, then add mixture (desiccated coconut, milk, sugar).Prepare on low flame.
  4. Gradually milk will reduce, In between stir the mixture in the karahi Be careful that it doesn't stick. Let the milk reduce completely. The mixture will turn little brownish in colour. Add food colour, elaichi powder and raisins. Stir and mix properly. Switch off the (heat) stove.
  5. Let it cool down completely. After that make ladoos. Ladoos are ready to eat.
  6. IMPORTANT POINTS : If you want you can put cashewnuts and almonds, saute it in one tablespoon of ghee. Can also use milkmaid instead of milk and sugar.
